About Anthem Rentals

Anthem Rentals is a veteran owned and operated brokerage, serving one of the largest military communities in the United States. Managing properties across Central Texas, our professional property managers and Broker/Owners serve our communities with integrity and competence as our watchwords.

Company History

Designated Broker and Co-owner, Greg Ruehlen, has been practicing real estate in the Fort Hood area since 2006. He began his position as the managing broker of a large, corporate brokerage in 2009. He helped grow that company’s management portfolio from a few hundred to over 1200 managed units before leaving to start his own brokerage in 2020. After a hugely successful first year with their new sales brokerage, Greg and his business partner/associate broker, Eric Armstrong, started a second company to provide commercial and residential property management services. Established on January 1, 2021, Anthem Rentals is the result.

We realize ours is a relationship driven, service industry. As such, we will work hard every day to form real and lasting relationships, while providing everyone with an exceptional experience.

Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals. Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of your property.
